  • Hull Construction:Hull constructed of hand-laid solid GRP bonded to a structural grid/ hull liner of directional fiberglass/GRP for a strong, stiff, light composite. A Vinylester hull barrier coat resists osmotic blistering. Zone-specific stitchmat laminates are used for increased strength in critical areas.

Deck is constructed of cored GRP sandwich construction for stiffness, thermal and acoustic insulation and lighter weight. Solid fiberglass reinforcements are used in high load areas. Integral GRP deck beams for added strength. Main bulkhead perimeters are bonded 360 degrees to the hull and deck and give the unitized hull and deck more torsional, compressive, and bending rigidity and strength.
