Listing for a friend ; A 1990 Evinrude E200TX Outboard Motor. Starter spins motor over, sounds like the outboard motot has good compression. There is some wires loose on the back of the motor. ( see pictures ) Looks like it would not take much to have a running motor. I’ll try to answer any questions.
